  • Order Processing Times

    All orders are processed within 4-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

    Priority or Express Shipping: Paying for these options refers to the shipping method, not the processing time.

    Processing vs. Shipping:

    Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your order.

    Shipping time: The time it takes for USPS/UPS to deliver your package (3-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays).

     

    Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email or text with your tracking number. Please check your inbox or spam folder.

    If you do not receive tracking information:

    1. Ensure the email/phone number provided at checkout is correct.

    2. If information is missing or incorrect, we will not be able to send updates.

     

    Important: Some packages may require a signature at delivery. Please ensure that you or an adult is present to receive your package.

    Our Guarantee

    We strive to ensure every customer is happy with their order. If a mistake occurs:

    Report it within 72 hours of receiving your order by emailing sales@nailsblingedsupply.com.

    If we verify the mistake, we will issue a refund or ship the correct item.

     

    Return Policy

     

    We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for unopened items in their original packaging.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    Gel polishes, top coats, base coats, monomers, primers, protein bonds, Crystals, cuticle oils, and electronics are final sale.

     

    Restocking Fee:

    10% restocking fee applies to all returned or canceled orders.

     

    How to Initiate a Return:

    1. Email us at sales@nailsblingedsupply.com for return approval.

    2. Once approved, ship the item back at your expense, including a tracking number and shipping insurance.

    Note: We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items without a tracking number.

     

    Damaged Products

     

    If you receive a damaged product:

    Email sales@nailsblingedsupply.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.

    Include your order number and photos of the damaged item.

    We will issue a refund or replacement after verification.

     

    Lost or Returned Orders

    Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, or if it’s unclaimed:

    A refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs.

    To reship, you must pay for shipping again.

    Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit (not yet delivered to your address), a refund or replacement will be issued after 10 business days from the expected delivery date.

     

    Please Note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by USPS/UPS.

    International Shipping, Taxes, & Customs Duties

     

    International orders may take 7-15 business days for delivery.

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method.

    Some packages may require a signature at delivery.

    Recipients are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.

     

    Final Sales

    All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless otherwise stated.
