*All Orders are processed within 4-7 days not counting weekends or Holidays.

* If you payed Priority or express you are paying the shipping method, not the processing time.
PLEASE NOTE the processing time and the shipping time are different.
**When your order is processed you will receive and email or text message, please check your inbox/spam folder for your tracking number.
** If you don’t see anything within that time you either put the wrong email or phone number or you just didn’t put it on your order.
**USPS/UPS will deliver your package within 3-10 Business days not counting weekends and/or Holidays.
** SOME PACKAGES may require a signature, please make sure that you or an adult is present at the time of delivery.

OUR GUARANTEE:

We try our very best to make all of our customers happy and we wish they come back to order from us again, although there are some times that there will be some mistakes from us. If there is a mistake with your order please report it to us no later than 72 hours after receiving your order. If there was a mistake that was made from us, we will either give you a refund or ship you the correct Item after we have verified the mistake.


RETURN POLICY:

We understand that there will be times when you will change your mind with a product and that is totally fine.

If you are not completely satisfied with your unopened items, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
All returned Items must be new, UNUSED, and in the same condition that you received it. Gel polishes, top coats, base coats,Monomers, Primers, Protein Bonds, Swarovski, cuticle oil, electronics are all FINAL SALES.

once we have approved your return you may send your Item or package back.
Please note, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us and must pay the returning fee. You MUST send the package with a tracking number and purchasing a shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

DAMAGE PRODUCTS:

If you receive a damage product please contact us nailsblingedsupplyorders@yahoo.com make sure you include your order number and pictures of the damaged item within 72 hours or receiving your order and we will give you a refund or replacement.

LOST AND/OR RETURNED ORDERS:

If your package is returned back to us due to insufficient address, wrong address or package not claimed, we will give you a refund just for the total amount of the order, we will not refund the shipping cost. If you wish for your order to be shipped back you must pay for shipping again.

If your order is lost and hasn’t been shipped to your address then we will give you a refund or replacement, after 10 days have passed of the date that your package was supposed to be delivered.

**We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to the address on your order.
