Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for unopened items in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Gel polishes, top coats, base coats, monomers, primers, protein bonds, Swarovski crystals, cuticle oils, and electronics are final sale.
Restocking Fee:
• A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned or canceled orders.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Email us at sales@nailsblingedsupply.com for return approval.
2. Once approved, ship the item back at your expense, including a tracking number and shipping insurance.
Note: We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items without a tracking number.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product:
• Email sales@nailsblingedsupply.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.
• Include your order number and photos of the damaged item.
• We will issue a refund or replacement after verification.
Lost or Returned Orders
• Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, or if it’s unclaimed:
• A refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs.
• To reship, you must pay for shipping again.
• Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit (not yet delivered to your address), a refund or replacement will be issued after 10 business days from the expected delivery date.
Please Note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by USPS/UPS.
